Experian Hitwise has released its latest search engine market share data (share of searches done).  Despite what you hear about Bing and Yahoo gaining slight market share, these percentages of stayed the same for several years back now.
 
Share of Searches:
Google - 66%
Bing-Powered Search - 28% (includes searches on Bing.com and Yahoo.com because Bing now provides search engine listing results for Yahoo.com searches)

 
For you data checkers out there, yes the percentages above only add up to 94%. The other search engines with slight market share are Ask.com and AOL.com. Guess what ads they show in their search results?  You are correct - Google pay-per-click ads.
